Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn & Unused: Jewelry must be in pristine, unworn condition with no signs of use or wear
- Unaltered: Items must not be resized, engraved, modified, or worked on by any jeweler
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, certificates, and documentation must be included
- 30-Day Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided
Important Note About Alterations
If you have your jewelry resized, engraved, or serviced by any jeweler other than Rayman Jewelers, the item becomes ineligible for return. We recommend confirming your ring size and specifications before making any modifications.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or Personalized Jewelry: Items with custom engravings, special orders, or bespoke designs
- Earrings: Due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned once packaging is opened
- Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance - No Returns"
- Altered or Modified Items: Jewelry that has been resized, engraved, or modified after purchase
- Worn or Damaged Items: Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging
- Serviced by Outside Jewelers: Items worked on or serviced by any jeweler other than Rayman Jewelers
How to Return Your Item
Contact Our Returns Team
Email us at returns@raymanjewelers.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Pack Securely & Ship
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation. Include your RA number clearly visible. Ship via a trackable, insured shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please bring: Your original receipt/order confirmation, the item in original packaging with all certificates and documentation, and a valid photo ID.
Refund & Payment Information
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's processing time.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with minor issues such as missing documentation (but not certificates), slight damage to packaging, or after the 30-day window at our sole discretion.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns that meet all our return policy requirements.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or item:
- Return your original item following our standard return process
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website
This ensures you receive your new item quickly while your return is being processed. Contact our customer service team if you need assistance with sizing or product selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us immediately at returns@raymanjewelers.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
- Do not ship damaged items back without authorization from our returns team
