1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rayman Jewelers ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at www.raymanjewelers.shop (the "Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or make purchases.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We work with authorized suppliers and may fulfill orders through dropshipping arrangements. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

3.4 Jewelry Specifications

Natural gemstones and diamonds may vary slightly in color, clarity, and other characteristics. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, minor variations from product images are normal and do not constitute defects.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud concerns.

4.2 Payment Processing

We accept payment through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4.3 Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your payment method, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

4.4 Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and charged based on applicable state and local tax rates for the shipping destination.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount.

5.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

5.4 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following requirements:

  • In original, unworn, and unused condition with no signs of wear
  • Unaltered, unmodified, not resized, and not engraved
  • Not worked on, serviced, or modified by any jeweler other than Rayman Jewelers
  • In original packaging with all original boxes, tags, certificates, and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date

IMPORTANT: Items that have been resized, engraved, modified, or serviced by any third-party jeweler are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances. We strongly recommend confirming all specifications, sizes, and customizations before having any work performed on your jewelry. Once an item has been altered or modified, all sales are final.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable"
  • Earrings (due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations)
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show any signs of wear or damage
  • Items that have been resized, altered, modified, or worked on by any jeweler
  • Items serviced or repaired by any jeweler other than Rayman Jewelers
  • Items missing original packaging, certificates of authenticity, appraisals, or documentation
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired

6.3 Return Authorization Required

ALL returns require prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization will be refused or returned to sender. To initiate a return:

  • Contact our returns department at returns@raymanjewelers.com
  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  • Include photographs if claiming damage or defect
  • Await return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions
  • Ship item within 7 days of receiving RA number
  • Alternatively, visit our retail showroom at 8395 E. 116th St, Unit 157, Fishers, IN 46038 for in-person returns (bring original receipt, item in original packaging, and valid photo ID)

For shipped returns, you are responsible for properly packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipment. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping. Rayman Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. In-person returns at our Fishers showroom do not require shipping and offer immediate inspection and processing.

6.4 Inspection and Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to verify it meets all return eligibility requirements. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements
  • Issue partial refunds for items with missing documentation or minor packaging damage
  • Reject returns showing evidence of wear, use, or modification
  • Charge restocking fees for returns that violate our return policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection approval. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer's processing time.

6.5 Shipping Costs and Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or materially different from description). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our mistake. Free shipping offers do not include return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns that comply with all policy requirements. However, we reserve the right to assess restocking fees up to 25% of the purchase price for returns that do not meet our requirements or are returned outside the 30-day window.

6.6 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different size, style, or item, you must return the original item for a full refund and place a new order separately. This policy ensures you receive your desired item quickly while your return is being processed.

6.7 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately at returns@raymanjewelers.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs clearly showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs. Do not ship damaged or defective items without prior authorization.

6.8 Right to Refuse Returns

Rayman Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion, including but not limited to returns that do not meet our policy requirements, returns we suspect of fraud or abuse, or returns of items that show evidence of wear, use, damage, or third-party modification. Our return policy may be modified at any time without notice. The return policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your return rights.

7. Product Warranties

7.1 Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms are provided with the product. Warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYMAN JEWELERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rayman Jewelers or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. User Accounts

10.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Collect information about other users
  • Make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rayman Jewelers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Rayman Jewelers individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rayman Jewelers regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
